BW Integrated Systems in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Controls Engineer to design, develop and commission control systems for packaging lines. You will work closely with mechanical and electrical design to deliver safe, robust automation solutions and support customer projects from installation through commissioning.

The role requires hands-on PLC/HMI development (Siemens, Rockwell), IEC 61131-3 and risk assessments to ISO 12100, with travel to customer sites and overseas as needed.

Competenze

• Experience in Controls & Automation, packaging industry preferred.
• Software design on Rockwell and/or Siemens PLCs and HMIs is essential.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP or Profinet).
• Ability to generate project documentation from requirements.

Mansioni

• Design & development of new control systems and equipment.
• PLC/HMI programming and safety integration (Siemens, Rockwell).
• Site surveys, customer meetings, and commissioning support.
• Ensure CE documentation and ISO 12100 risk assessments are complete.
