We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Vascular Network Manager and Surgical Management Directorate. The post holder will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and correspondence, and supporting the delivery of key directorate objectives.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for prioritising workloads, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion, and acting as a key point of contact for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will utilise excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills to support senior management, coordinate business activities, and ensure deadlines and governance requirements are met.
