Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED in London is seeking a Project Controller/Coordinator to ensure scheduling, financial health and overall project performance. You will manage schedules, monitor KPIs, identify risks and coordinate with stakeholders using ERP, Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Based in London with client work across the South East, travel as required and a strong focus on delivery and governance. The role offers extensive learning and development opportunities and the chance to contribute to major client

Qualifications

• The candidate will have experience in scheduling, planning, cost control and risk management.
• Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as ERP, Primavera and MS Project is required.
• PM qualifications (APM PMQ/PPQ, PRINCE2 or PMP) would be beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Management: oversee timelines and dependencies to avoid delays.
• Performance Reporting: track milestones and report KPIs to stakeholders.
• Risk Management: identify and mitigate financial and scheduling risks.
• Financial Management and Cost Control: budgeting, forecasting and cost monitoring.
• Tools and Systems Management: optimize ERP, Primavera P6 and MS Project usage.

Key Resposnsibilites

As a Project Controller / Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the scheduling, financial health, and overall performance of a project.

Our offices are based in London, but we work with clients across the South East.

Key responsibilities include,

• Schedule Management - Timeline Oversight: Ensure project activities are scheduled realistically and adjusted as needed while monitoring critical paths and dependencies to avoid delays.
• Performance Reporting - Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress and milestones to ensure timelines are met. Developing and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
• Risk Management - Identify Risks: Work with the project team to identify financial, scheduling, and resource-related risks.
• Financial Management and Cost Control - Budgeting, Forecasting and Cost Monitoring
• Tools and Systems Management - System Utilisation: Manage and optimise the use of project management tools (e.g., ERP, Primavera P6, MS Project).

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

The successful candidate will have a combination of the below attributes – this is not a check list:

• Experience in Project Scheduling, Planning, Cost Control and Risk Management
• Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g., ERP, Primavera, MS Project).
• A relevant qualification such as from APM (PMQ, PPQ), PRINCE2 or PMP would be of benefit.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
