MIGSO-PCUBED in Birmingham seeks a Project Controller to oversee scheduling, financial health and overall performance of projects. The role is based in our Birmingham office, with work spanning the Midlands and client sites.
Your experience should include scheduling, cost control and risk management, plus proficiency in ERP, Primavera and MS Project. Travel to client sites may be required as projects demand.

As a Project Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the scheduling, financial health, and overall performance of a project
Our offices are based in Birmingham, but we work with clients across the Midlands.
Key responsibilities include,
Schedule Management - Timeline Oversight: Ensure project activities are scheduled realistically and adjusted as needed while monitoring critical paths and dependencies to avoid delays.
Performance Reporting - Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress and milestones to ensure timelines are met. Developing and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
Risk Management – Identify Risks: Work with the project team to identify financial, scheduling, and resource-related risks.
Financial Management and Cost Control – Budgeting, Forecasting and Cost Monitoring
Tools and Systems Management - System Utilisation: Manage and optimise the use of project management tools (e.g., ERP, Primavera, MS Project).
