Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking a Project Controller in London to drive scheduling, financial health and overall project performance. You will coordinate timelines, monitor milestones, and report KPIs to stakeholders while collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage risks and costs.

Based in London, you will work with clients across the South East and use ERP, Primavera and MS Project to optimise project delivery. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Scheduling, Planning, Cost Control and Risk Management.
• Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Project Management tools (ERP, Primavera, MS Project).
• APM/PRINCE2/PMP qualification would be of benefit.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule activities realistically and monitor critical paths and dependencies to avoid delays.
• Monitor progress and milestones; develop and report KPIs to stakeholders.
• Identify financial, scheduling, and resource risks with the project team.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cost monitoring.
• Manage and optimise use of project management tools (ERP, Primavera, MS Project).

Key Resposnsibilites

As a Project Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the scheduling, financial health, and overall performance of a project

Our offices are based in London, but we work with clients across the South East.

Key responsibilities include,

• Schedule Management - Timeline Oversight: Ensure project activities are scheduled realistically and adjusted as needed while monitoring critical paths and dependencies to avoid delays.
• Performance Reporting - Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress and milestones to ensure timelines are met. Developing and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
• Risk Management - Identify Risks: Work with the project team to identify financial, scheduling, and resource-related risks.
• Financial Management and Cost Control - Budgeting, Forecasting and Cost Monitoring
• Tools and Systems Management - System Utilisation: Manage and optimise the use of project management tools (e.g., ERP, Primavera, MS Project).

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Experience in Project Scheduling, Planning, Cost Control and Risk Management
• Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g., ERP, Primavera, MS Project).
• A relevant qualification such as from APM (PMQ, PPQ), PRINCE2 or PMP would be of benefit.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
