A small community primary school in Wandsworth is looking for a qualified SEN Coordinator to join their team on a part-time basis from September 2025.
As the SENCO, you will be part of the leadership team for this small school. You will be responsible for coordinating all support for children with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) and developing the school’s SEND Policy to ensure all children receive a consistent, high-quality response to their needs. The SENDCO plays a pivotal role in ensuring all pupils make progress and are supported and cared for appropriately across the school. This position is non-class based, although involvement in teaching intervention groups is expected.
This community-focused primary school, opened in 2020, offers a bilingual education combining the National Curriculum with Portuguese language instruction by specialists. The school caters to pupils from Reception to Year 4 and offers Forest School, swimming, and music lessons with specialist teachers, fostering a rich learning environment.
