Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant –SEN School –Croydon
We are looking for Secondary SEN Teaching Assistants to work with and support our pupils with a diagnosis of Autism.
We welcome applicants with some prior experience of interacting with people of any age with SEN, such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, behaviour challenges and / or speech and language delay.
Some classroom-based SEN / ASD experience is desirable for this role although not essential. It is not always easy as a Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant role however it is hugely rewarding. Every day will be different and you will be supporting the pupils with a range of skills, including their personal, social and emotional development in addition to their independence and life skills.
