• Underwrite new and renewal business for allocated intermediaries and customers within guidelines and authority.
• Make timely underwriting decisions and refer complex risks as needed; support multinational accounts.
• Collaborate with senior underwriters and UK stakeholders to ensure consistent processes.
• Plan and manage workload to deliver a profitable, balanced portfolio and meet customer service standards.
• Develop underwriting knowledge through training, mentoring, and hands-on experience.
• Undertake other duties appropriate to the role level.
