Job summary

Adria Solutions Ltd. in Oxford is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing IT team. This office-based role blends hands-on IT support with infrastructure administration to keep systems secure, reliable and highly available for the business.

You will provide 1st and 2nd line support, manage core IT infrastructure, and contribute to automation and documentation as the organisation expands.

Qualifications

Experience in IT Support or IT Infrastructure roles.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs).
Experience supporting Windows desktop environments and business IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Provide first and second-line IT support to users across the business.
Manage, prioritise and resolve IT support tickets, escalating where appropriate.
Configure and deploy laptops, desktops and mobile devices for new starters.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including user accounts and permissions.
Maintain and support core IT infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment and office technology.
Administer user accounts across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
