Job summary

Adria Solutions Ltd. seeks a Senior Infrastructure Engineer for an Oxford office-based role. You will combine hands-on IT support with infrastructure administration, ensuring secure, reliable and highly available IT services across the business.

You'll resolve complex issues, support onboarding, manage core IT infrastructure, and contribute to automation and documentation as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Support or IT Infrastructure Support.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Azure AD and Active Directory.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs).
• Experience with Windows desktop environments and business IT infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support to users.
• Manage and resolve IT support tickets, escalate when needed.
• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, including user accounts and permissions.
• Maintain core IT infrastructure including servers and networking equipment.
• Administer user accounts across Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network issues including VPN, DNS, DHCP and VLANs.
• Maintain IT asset registers and documentation.
• Support backups and system maintenance.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation.
