Early Years Academy in Oxford is seeking an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join our award-winning nursery group. You will support the Nursery Manager in daily operations, lead the Early Years team and ensure high standards of care and safeguarding within EYFS.

This permanent role offers a salary around £34,000 per annum, negotiable with experience, and a supportive, professional environment that values staff development and outstanding Early Years education.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Proven leadership ability in an Early Years setting.
• Ability to motivate and develop a childcare team.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements.

Aufgaben

• Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery.
• Lead, motivate and support the Early Years team.
• Maintain high standards of childcare, education and safeguarding.
• Ensure compliance with EYFS and statutory requirements.
• Support staff development, supervision and performance management.
• Deputise for the Nursery Manager when required.
