Owner Services Billing Specialist will work closely with several departments to ensure timely billing for our aircraft owners, as well as monitoring incoming payments for Flexjet owner invoices. They will manage billing queries from owners and ensure they are addressed in a timely and accurate manner. The role will support many other departments in the organization including Owner Services, Accounting, and Sales/Contracts, as needed, to resolve customer concerns.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide world-class service during every interaction with our high net-worth clientele.
  • Execute daily/weekly/monthly billing cycle activities including invoice processing, utilization reports, revisions, and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with owners’ contracted agreements.
  • Handle accounts receivable queries and communicate with owners regarding their account balances and discrepancies, including collection of past due balances for Flexjet.
  • Manage utilization inquiries related to owner’s contract stipulations.
  • Partner with the Owner Services Managers to resolve owner issues.
  • Serve as a liaison with our Contracting, Sales, and Redemptions teams to complete the end-to-end owner experience.
  • Follow all internal controls and processes while assisting in month-end and other periodic close reconciliations.
  • Review monthly reports, collections, and variance reports, collaborating with Finance to take necessary corrective actions.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field; previous experience in a collections/billing position, preferably in a high-value corporate environment; or a combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in a high-end customer service environment.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Working proficiency with Oracle suite is preferred.
  • Working proficiency with Stripe credit card facility would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the use and operation of standard office equipment.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must possess the legal ability to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, capable of working independently or within a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and problem-solving skills. Strong influencing skills are a plus.
  • Personable with a high level of professionalism, able to interact with all levels of leadership.
  • Ability to interpret contract information as it pertains to specific customers and demonstrate knowledge of Flexjet’s and PrivateFly’s products and programs.
  • Ability to respond calmly and handle customer demands in a fast-paced environment.
