Job summary

Coast and Country Cottages is seeking a proactive Account Manager to be the first point of contact for property owners and ensure a seamless, memorable experience for guests. You’ll support owners in maximising performance and compliance while coordinating with multiple teams across Property Services.

The role is full-time in Salcombe with a salary of £25,000 per year and a focus on timely, professional communication and problem-solving under pressure.

Qualifications

• Customer service or customer relations experience.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
• IT literacy, especially MS Office.
• Ability to problem-solve under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for owners, offering guidance and support
• Respond to guest and owner queries quickly and efficiently
• Keep accurate records of all communications
• Work with owners to improve property performance and compliance
• Collaborate with teams across Property Services, Quality & Revenue Management
• Handle feedback to help improve guest satisfaction
• Cover out-of-hours emergency phone (own car required)
