Acosta Europe is seeking a Field Sales Representative (Striker) for Glasgow South & West Territory, covering a dynamic retail patch centred around Glasgow City Centre and surrounding areas. You will drive in-store availability, win prime space, and execute high‑impact merchandising for Red Bull Impulse.

The role offers a permanent contract, a base salary of £28,796 per annum plus a 12% performance bonus, and company vehicle/fuel/tech support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Owning relationships with key in‑store decision makers.
• Influencing range, availability and promotional execution including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space.
• Executing high‑impact merchandising and brand activations.
• Using data and insight to prioritise high‑value stores.
• Spotting gaps, fixing issues, and maximising every visit.
• Reporting activity accurately and feeding back market insight.
