Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two enthusiastic Clerical Officers to join our Procurement and Commercial Services team to support Overseas and Private Patient income.

You will centralise charging for Overseas Visitors and Private Patients, work with Finance on pricing and invoicing, and use Trust finance systems to create invoices, while maintaining compliant administration and strong stakeholder liaison.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering administrative support in a finance or healthcare setting.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and follow strict procedures.

Aufgaben

• Identify and charge Overseas Visitor and Private Patients.
• Work with Finance on pricing of patient treatment and invoicing data.
• Use Trust finance systems to create invoices.
• Maintain an administrative process for Overseas Visitors and be the key liaison with external organisations.
• Assist the Commercial Manager in identifying improvements to procedures.
