Qualifikationen

• Computer literate with Microsoft packages (Email, Excel & Word).
• Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
• Understanding of Overseas Visitor patient guidelines.
• Knowledge of the NHS.

Aufgaben

• Provide a centralised service for Overseas Visitor and Private Patients.
• Work with Finance on pricing and data for invoicing.
• Use the Trust finance systems to create invoices.
• Manage administration related to Overseas Visitors and be the main liaison with external organisations.
• Assist in identifying procedural improvements and their implementation.
