CareTech Community Services is recruiting a Waking Night Support Worker in Solihull for a 12-month maternity cover, 35 hours per week on a rota. The role supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, delivering person-centred care and maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work towards a health & social qualification.
• Experience in a care environment preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required.
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
• Support activities, appointments, and community access.
• Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of a team.
• Work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays.
