CareTech is recruiting a Support Worker for our Milbourne Road service in Bury. You will provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, following individual plans. The role includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins, with opportunities to progress through ongoing training and development.

This is a full-time, permanent position on a rota basis. Enhanced DBS is required and funded by CareTech.

Competenze

• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis.
• Driving licence desirable but not essential.
• Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech).
• Good communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
