Keys Group is seeking a Wake Night Support Worker for The Lighthouse, to monitor and support nine individuals with mental health needs. You’ll work overnight, maintain safety, assist with night routines, and document changes with care and diligence.

Qualifikationen

• Calm, reliable and responsible individual for overnight care.
• Willingness to develop skills through QCF qualifications and training.
• Over 18 to work with adults and 21+ to work with children.

Aufgaben

• Monitor individuals during the night for safety and well-being.
• Provide night-time care support and routines.
• Respond to emergencies or incidents overnight.
• Maintain a calm, secure environment for residents.
• Assist with light domestic tasks in communal areas.
• Record incidents and changes in condition accurately.
• Work independently throughout the night with vigilance.
