The Lighthouse, Burnham-on-Sea (TA8) is seeking a Wake Night Support Worker to monitor and support residents with mental health needs overnight, helping with night-time care routines and maintaining a calm, safe environment.

You will be paid fairly with enhanced DBS coverage, 5.6 weeks annual leave, access to QCF career development, pension, and an attractive referral scheme. Applicants must be over 18 (and over 21 for work with children).

Qualifications

• Over 18 years old to work with adults.
• Over 21 years old to work with children.
• Enhanced DBS check paid by employer.

Responsabilités

• Monitoring residents during the night to ensure safety and well-being.
• Providing support with night-time care routines.
• Responding to emergencies or incidents during the night.
• Maintaining a calm and secure environment for residents.
• Assisting with light domestic tasks as required.
• Recording incidents or changes in residents' condition with accurate documentation.
• Working independently throughout the night with vigilance and attention to detail.
