Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Wake Night Support Worker for The Lighthouse, to monitor and support nine individuals with mental health needs. You’ll work overnight, maintain safety, assist with night routines, and document changes with care and diligence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor individuals during the night for safety and well-being.

• Assist with light domestic tasks in communal areas.
• Record incidents and changes in condition accurately.
• Work independently throughout the night with vigilance.

Job description

As a Wake Night Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring the individuals during the night to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Providing support when needed, including assisting with night-time care routines.
• Responding to emergencies or incidents that may arise during the night.
• Maintaining a calm and secure environment, helping to create a peaceful atmosphere for the individuals.
• Assisting with light domestic tasks as required, such as tidying and cleaning communal areas.
• Recording incidents or changes in the individuals' condition and ensuring accurate documentation is kept.
• Working independently throughout the night, maintaining vigilance and attention to detail.
  This role requires a calm, reliable, and responsible individual who can work effectively overnight to provide high-quality care and support., Please note that due to the vulnerable nature of the people that we support, all applicants must be over the age of 18 to work with adults and over the age of 21 to work with children.
