Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Wake Night Support Worker for The Lighthouse in Burnham-on-Sea (TA8). The role involves overnight care for adults with mental health needs, monitoring residents, and supporting night routines to promote safety and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week, on a full-time basis, in a calm, independent capacity, with opportunities for career development and access to benefits such as DBS coverage and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential care or night support is preferred.
• Ability to monitor and document incidents accurately.
• Ability to work independently overnight.

Responsibilities

• Monitor individuals during the night to ensure safety.
• Provide support including night-time care routines.
• Respond to emergencies or incidents in the night.
• Maintain a calm and secure environment.
• Assist with light domestic tasks in communal areas.
• Record incidents and document changes in condition.
• Work independently throughout the night with vigilance.
