Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Wake Night Support Worker in St Austell. The role involves monitoring residents overnight, providing night-time care, and maintaining a calm, secure environment. Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle due to the rural location.

The role offers 5.6 weeks annual leave, fully paid Enhanced DBS, and opportunities for QCF qualifications plus an induction programme. A competitive pension scheme and employee discounts are also provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License & Access to a Vehicle essential due to location of role.
• Over 18 and eligible to work in the UK.
• Experience in supported living or care settings is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the individuals during the night to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Providing support when needed, including assisting with night-time care routines.
• Responding to emergencies or incidents during the night.
• Maintaining a calm and secure environment for the individuals.
• Assisting with light domestic tasks such as tidying and cleaning communal areas.
• Recording incidents or changes in the individuals' condition and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Working independently throughout the night with vigilance and attention to detail.
