Job summary

ASDA Bolton is seeking a Night Manager to lead the night team, ensuring availability and top shop-floor standards while the store runs 24 hours a day. You'll motivate colleagues, coach night team members, and uphold strict standards on availability, stock integrity, and store safety.

You will manage a rolling rota of 4 nights out of 7, including weekends, oversee operations, safety and compliance, and partner with the day team to deliver excellent service and value to customers after hours

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing teams in retail grocery, preferably overnight.
• Ability to make independent decisions with a hands-on attitude.
• Strong customer focus and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the night team to maintain store standards and availability.
• Oversee night operations and safety compliance.
• Coordinate handover to day team and ensure promotions are ready.
• Drive selling through customer service and stock presentation.
