Job summary

ASDA Bilton-Hull is seeking a Night Manager to lead the night team and keep the store running while the world sleeps. You will ensure the best availability and highest shop floor standards across all departments, while keeping the store safe and compliant for customers and colleagues.

You will work a rolling rota, typically 4 nights over 7 including weekends, and oversee operations during the night with responsibility for the handover to the day team.

Qualifications

• Overnight retail team leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to drive process improvements and coaching.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the night team to ensure smooth store operations.
• Maintain high shop floor standards and availability across departments.
• Ensure store safety, compliance and 24-hour operations readiness.
• Coordinate with day team handover and promotions.
