Resicare Alliance Ltd is seeking a Waking Night Residential Support Worker to provide overnight care and safeguarding for adults and young people in our residential home. You will be the constant, reassuring presence through the night, ensuring every child feels safe, secure, and supported until morning.

Responsibilities include night supervision, welfare checks, safeguarding duties, maintaining a calm night environment, and accurate night-time recording with clear handovers to day staff.

Responsibilities

• Night care & supervision: Remaining awake and alert throughout shift and welfare checks.
• Safeguarding & safety: Monitor vulnerable children overnight and respond to safeguarding concerns.
• Professional practice: Follow care plans, maintain boundaries, and lone-working decisions.
• Recording & accountability: Complete night reports and provide clear handovers.
