Retail is seeking a Nightshift Manager to lead a team overnight, oversee replenishment, and coordinate store operations from 22:00 to 08:00. You’ll prioritise deliveries, organize the warehouse, and ensure shelves are well stocked for the morning rush.

You'll be accountable for safety, performance, and coaching colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service while meeting KPI targets and maintaining high standards across the store.

Competenze

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to coach colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and managing performance.
