Job summary

Greencore, at our Holbeach St Marks site in Lincolnshire, is seeking a Lead Quality Control Operative for night shifts. You will monitor quality attributes, ensure paperwork is accurate, and maintain food safety standards across weight, temperature and traceability data, working in a high-paced production environment.

With previous manufacturing experience, you will be detail-oriented, organised and a team player, and you will wear PPE as required.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is essential.
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Willingness to wear PPE and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Control activities during night shifts and ensure product quality.
• Monitor paperwork and weigh, temperature and traceability data to specification.
• Escalate any out-of-specification issues promptly.
• Ensure food safety standards are maintained and records are accurate.
