Greencore Northampton is seeking a dedicated team member for a night shift role. You will perform quality checks, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and support line operations to deliver high-quality products.

You will be trained as a Machine Minder and develop your expertise in HACCP, health & safety, and allergen management within a fast-paced FMCG environment at our Northampton site.

Formación

• GCSE or equivalent standard in Literacy and Numeracy.
• Demonstrate safe working practices and good H&S practices.
• Experience in Health & Safety and Food Hygiene.
• CCP training including HACCP principles for Manufacturing Unit.
• Allergen awareness and microbiological awareness.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in FMCG/Warehouse would be advantageous.
• You will be trained as Machine Minder.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure quality checks are performed as specified and issues are raised promptly.
• Maintain correct visual standards on the production lines.
• Ensure finished products meet high quality standards.
• Follow all compliance controls, risk assessments and Safe Systems of Work.
• Participate in trials to ensure quality remains central.
• Sample, test, audit and monitor processes to ensure safety and compliance.
• Collect samples and follow procedures to ensure product safety and legality.
