• Responsible for product quality and ensuring paperwork is completed accurately, clearly and on time and escalate any out of specification challenges.
• Monitor the QC paperwork, ensuring quality is within specification.
• Maintain food safety standards through continual checking of the weight, temperature and traceability information.
