Job summary

GREENCORE operates a Holbeach St Marks site focused on chilled products and pizza manufacturing. The Lead Quality Control Operative role is daytime, permanent and offers a structured progression path within a supportive team environment.

You will monitor quality attributes, manage QC paperwork and ensure adherence to Food Safety and GMP standards while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced operation.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is essential.
• Good attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Willingness to wear PPE.
• Keen eye for detail and strong English & Maths understanding.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product quality and ensuring paperwork is completed accurately, clearly and on time and escalate any out of specification challenges.
• Monitor the QC paperwork, ensuring quality is within specification.
• Maintain food safety standards through continuous checking of weight, temperature and traceability information using attribute sheets.
