Job summary

Greencore is hiring a Lead Quality Control Operative - Nights at our Holbeach St Marks site. The role involves monitoring quality, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately and maintaining food safety standards in a high-volume pizza production environment.

Night shifts run 22:00–06:00 with a 5 from 7 pattern. We offer a competitive salary, enhanced pension, life insurance, car parking and a broad wellbeing package.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is essential.
• Good attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Willing to wear PPE.
• Able to speak English and have basic maths.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality and complete paperwork on time.
• Monitor QC paperwork and ensure quality is within specification.
• Maintain food safety standards by checking weight, temperature and traceability.
• Escalate any out of specification challenges.

The site specialises in making chilled pizzas.About the role.We manufacture a wide range of high-quality chilled products for our dedicated customers at our sites.
