Job summary

Marston’s Inns is seeking a Night Porter to join our team and provide overnight service. You’ll be the face of our venue after hours, self-reliant and resourceful while running the business through the night and supporting guests as needed.

This role emphasizes safety, guest interaction, and ensuring the pub and hotel are set up for the next day, with opportunities to progress across our pubs, hotels and support centre. Join us for a friendly, energetic environment.

Responsibilities

• Work throughout the night. Usually between 11pm and 7am
• Be on call to take care of our guests needs, over the phone and face to face
• Be professional and friendly when interacting with guests
• Be responsible for the safety and security of the pub and hotel guests
• Complete tasks that set the pub and hotel team up for success the following day
