Job summary

Marston's Inns is seeking a Night Porter to manage overnight operations and guest interactions. You will work the night shift (usually 11pm–7am) and be on call to assist guests, handling inquiries both over the phone and in person.

You will ensure the safety and security of guests and complete readiness tasks for the next day, with opportunities to progress across pubs, hotels and related roles within the group.

Responsibilities

• Work throughout the night, usually between 11pm and 7am.
• Be on call to take care of guests' needs, over the phone and face to face.
• Be professional and friendly when interacting with guests.
• Be responsible for the safety and security of the pub and hotel guests.
• Complete tasks that set the pub and hotel team up for success the following day.
