Job summary

Marston’s Inns is seeking a Night Porter to join the team. You’ll be the face of the venue after hours, running the business overnight and being on call to support guests, ensuring a memorable stay.

You’ll work across the night, focusing on safety and guest care while coordinating with the broader pub and hotel team. As Night Porter you’ll handle night-time tasks and be ready to assist guests and colleagues, with pathways for future progression across pubs, hotels and support functions within

We’re on the lookout for a Night Porter to join our team!

Make a difference to the moments that matter to us and our guests.As the face of our Marston’s Inns after hours, you’ll be solely responsible for running the business overnight. Self-reliant, you’ll need to enjoy your own company and be resourceful enough to tackle any challenges that arise. But that’s not all, you’ll be on call to support our guests – ensuring their hotel stay is a memorable one.
As Night Porter and part of our wider hotel and pub team you’ll:

• Work throughout the night. Usually between 11pm and 7am
• Be on call to take care of our guests needs, over the phone and face to face
• Be professional and friendly when interacting with guests
• Be responsible for the safety and security of the pub and hotel guests
• Complete tasks that set the pub and hotel team up for success the following day
