Marston’s Inns is seeking a Night Porter to join the team. You’ll be the face of the venue after hours, running the business overnight and being on call to support guests, ensuring a memorable stay.

You’ll work across the night, focusing on safety and guest care while coordinating with the broader pub and hotel team. As Night Porter you’ll handle night-time tasks and be ready to assist guests and colleagues, with pathways for future progression across pubs, hotels and support functions within

• Ability to work nights and stay alert

Responsibilities

• Work throughout the night, typically 11pm–7am
• Be on call to meet guests' needs, in person and over the phone
• Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Ensure the safety and security of the pub and hotel guests
• Complete tasks that set up the team for a successful following day
