Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Night Porter to join our team. You will be the face of our Inns after hours, running the business overnight, and supporting guests to ensure a memorable stay. You’ll work overnight, be on call to assist guests, and uphold safety and security for both pub and hotel guests.

As part of our hotel and pub team, you’ll complete tasks to set up for the following day and may explore career pathways across pubs, hotels, and support centres within Marston’s.

Qualifications

• Work overnight, typically 11pm–7am.
• Be on call to assist guests both by phone and in person.
• Ensure the safety and security of the pub and hotel guests.
• Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
