Job summary

Hedsor House in Maidenhead is seeking a Night Manager to lead overnight operations, ensuring the venue remains secure, well-presented and smoothly run for guests enjoying their stay. Working with Duty Managers, you will be the main point of contact for guests, suppliers and team members during the night, and you'll prepare the venue for the following day.

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality, events, hotels or venue operations.
Customer-facing role and delivering excellent guest service.
Experience managing or supervising operations during evenings, nights or weekends.
Venue checks, handovers or health and safety procedures desirable.
Comfort using mobile devices and basic systems to record information and complete checklists.
Knowledge of luxury hospitality and wedding/private event guest expectations advantageous.

Responsibilities

Oversee overnight operations to keep the venue secure, well-presented and running smoothly.
Serve as key contact for guests, suppliers and team members during night shifts.
Coordinate handovers and checks with Duty Managers.
Prepare the venue for the next day, ensuring safety and event-readiness.
