Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking a Night Porter for overnight shifts (11pm–7am). You will welcome guests, handle late arrivals and walk-ins, and maintain safety and cleanliness in front of house areas. A DBS check is required as part of recruitment to ensure a secure environment.

The role involves setting up meeting rooms and breakfast areas, assisting with evacuations if needed, and ensuring exceptional guest service while working independently within a team across sites.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working independently and lone working.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude and professionalism under pressure.
• Have a keen eye for detail and strong team collaboration.
• Exhibit excellent verbal communication and understanding of great guest service.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact when checking in late arrivals and walk-ins.
• Ensure a warm, friendly and genuine welcome to all guests.
• Assist with front of house cleaning, breakfast areas, and setup for the next day.
• Prioritize guest and business safety and security at all times.
• In emergencies, assist with evacuation and handle guest inquiries and complaints.
• Support a seamless and enjoyable guest stay across shifts.
