Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Night Porter to help safeguard guests, staff and the property during night hours. The role includes conducting security and fire safety checks, assisting with early-morning breakfast prep, and addressing guest needs with professionalism.

You will work across departments to support operations and deliver first-class customer service, with emphasis on teamwork and flexible night-time coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 or over.
• Comfortable with nightshift pattern and commuting to the hotel.
• Excellent customer service and ability to handle guest requests professionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of guests, staff and the hotel at night.
• Conduct periodic security and fire safety checks.
• Assist with breakfast prep for 6am and liaise with guests to resolve issues.
• Support other departments during night operations to maintain service quality.
