LGH Hotels Management Ltd. is seeking a Night Team Member for the Cambridge Bar Hill Hotel, part of Signature Collection By Best Western, located near Cambridge. The role focuses on overnight guest safety, comfort and service across hotel operations.

The ideal candidate is dependable, calm and practical, able to work independently, and commit to routines and procedures during night hours. Experience in hospitality or security is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and enquiries
• Maintain safety and security procedures throughout the night shift
• Carry out regular security checks across the hotel
• Provide general overnight support to hotel departments
• Assist with light maintenance or housekeeping tasks if required
• Set up meeting rooms and public areas as needed
• Serve food and beverages to guests during the night
• Check guests in and out when required
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, following hotel procedures
• Complete basic reports and handover notes for management
