Job summary

The Barnett, operated by HRI Hospitality, seeks an organized Night Auditor to balance revenue and guest accounts overnight. You will run and review end-of-day reports, maintain accurate financial records, and provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have hotel night audit or front desk experience, strong computer skills, and familiarity with Opera Cloud, Excel, and reporting. Part-time overnight schedule with weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hotel front desk, night audit, or accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with Opera Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete nightly audit procedures balancing revenue and guest accounts.
• Run and verify daily financial reports and postings.
• Process end-of-day with Opera Cloud and hotel systems.
• Assist guests at check-in/out with professional service.
• Maintain accurate records and communication of night tasks.
