Millennium Hotels UK/EU - Careers is seeking a Night Duty Manager for Copthorne Hotel Cardiff-Caerdydd in Cardiff. The role combines night management with basic receptionist and security duties, with shifts from 11pm to 7am.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel receptionist or duty manager experience, especially night shifts.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.

• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the night manager on duty and first point of contact.
• Manage guest requests courteously.
• Oversee overnight security team and CCTV.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and systems.
• Support workload balance between shifts.
• Perform Night Porter duties as required.
