Advantage Healthcare Limited is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a young client in his family home. You will work with his mum and dad to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for a child with complex needs including epilepsy, gastrostomy feeding, and partial hearing and visual impairments.

The role involves overnight support with seizure monitoring and gastrostomy feeding, plus regular night-time observations to ensure safety.

Qualifications

• No prior complex care experience required; role is a great opportunity to develop skills.
• Experience with children would be beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities
