Job summary

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a passionate and caring Night Support Worker for Market Lodge, a 10-bed specialist acquired brain injury care centre in Ledbury, Herefordshire. This full-time role covers 36 hours per week with shift times from 19:45 to 08:15, providing person-centred care and emotional support to service users.

No previous experience is required; we value values and behaviours and will provide full training, ongoing support and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Provide person-centred care in line with an individual's care plan.
• Assist with bathing, dressing and hygiene as part of personal care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
• Promote dignity, choice and inclusion during all interactions.

Responsibilities

• As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users.
• The will include, but not limited to: Providing person-centred care in line with an individual's care plan.
• Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties.
