  • Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
  • Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
  • Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day‑to‑day duties
  • Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment

Job description

Location: Wylesfield Care Home - Shaw healthcare, Lant Ave, Llandrindod Wells LD1 5EH

Salary: £13.67 per hour

Hours: bank 0 hours - as/when needed in service *including weekends

The home offers a homely and comfortable environment, with spacious single rooms, all with en‑suite facilities.

The home is decorated in warm and welcoming colors. Wylesfield offers a range of facilities and activities designed to promote physical and mental wellbeing.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:
