Pilgrim's Europe in Corsham, United Kingdom, is seeking an Oven Onload Operative to support our production team in the uncured and curing areas. You will follow strict quality and safety standards, work autonomously, and communicate clearly with production and planning teams.

The role runs 06:00–14:00, Monday to Friday, with an hourly rate that pays weekly. You will manage stock rotation, ensure products are cooked within required time frames, and assist other areas when needed.

Qualifikationen

• Team player with good attention to detail.
• Safety-conscious mindset and clear communication.
• Ability to use computer, emails, Word and Excel.
• PPT and Stacker Licence advantageous.
• Production line experience is beneficial.

We are looking Oven Onload Operative - this is a key role in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently in our uncured and curing areas. The job holder will follow strict quality and safety standards while contributing to a positive team environment, the successful candidate will need to be able work autonomously and be able to communicate in a clear manner between various areas of the production and planning. The right candidate will also have a keen eye for detail and be able to understand specs and have the ability to carry out stock rotation, ensuring products are cooked within the correct time frames ensuring cure / maturation times are adhered to. Whilst this position is based as an oven onload there may be times when flexibility is required and helping other areas.

Earn Big: Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn over £600 per week

Balanced Schedule: 06.00-14.00 Monday to Friday
