Our client can offer you a company pension scheme, enhanced sick pay and there’s a company bonus if targets are hit. There is both a site and a companywide reward scheme, with the candidates being nominated by the workforce not management. They shut down between Christmas and New Year, the bank holidays are yours and what’s more, you’ll have the chance to purchase extra.
And if that’s not enough, they will give you your Birthday Day off!
Groupwide, they can offer an enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave, Life Assurance and career development if that’s your thing. For general wellbeing, they have a year-round calendar of health and wellbeing events, a 24/7 Employee assistance programme for all employees and a Perks Scheme with discounts and savings.
They also fund-raise for a charity nominated by the employees (burger days and cakes are always a winner!) and you’ll have the chance to volunteer for a day – paid of course.
