Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate sales activities for manufactured products, services, and commodities
• Develop product strategies, including business cases and recommendations
• Consult with prospects on product needs and advise on suitable products
• Assist sales representatives with roofing knowledge to boost sales
• Set pricing and discount strategies in collaboration with management
• Review operational reports to forecast sales and assess profitability
• Resolve customer complaints related to sales and service
• Monitor customer preferences to tailor sales efforts
• Project sales and profitability for customer and product lines
• Identify customer needs and purchasing history, including new clients
• Introduce and train customers on product benefits
