Outreach Support Worker - Empowering Adults With Learning Disabilities

Weekdays Pay: £13/hour | Weekend Pay: £14/hour

Location: Bristol

Are you passionate about empowering adults with learning disabilities and helping them lead independent, fulfilling lives? We are seeking a dedicated Female Outreach Support Worker to join our team and provide person-centred support.

What We're Looking For

  • Female applicants only (due to personal care requirements)
  • Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
  • Experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities
  • A compassionate, patient, and empowering approach to care

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently and engage in community life
  • Providing assistance with daily activities, personal care, and emotional support
  • Encouraging and promoting skills development to enable independence
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with service users
